Marc by Marc Jacobs Pacific Place Flagship Store Opening


Hong Kong’s newest Marc by Marc Jacobs Store opened in the Pacific Place mall in June 2012. The 270-square-meter store was designed by Jaklitsch / Gardner Architects – the New York City-based firm that has developed the retail identities for all Marc Jacobs stores worldwide. Marc by Marc Jacobs announces the Grand Opening of its new flagship store with a cocktail reception on 13th June, 2012. Celebrities and socialites in town appeared including Kelly Chen, Angela Baby, Lynn Xiong, Stephy Tang, Alex Fong, Leonard and Candice Chao, Brandon and Jenny Chau, Yolanda Choy, Donna Chu, Yvette Yuen, Anina Ho, Pauline Yam, Natalie Chan, Alison Chan, Tisha Law, Andrew Pong just to name a few.







FENDI Landmark @ The Whispered Italian Grand Tour Exhibition Opening Party


“The Whispered Italian Grand Tour” exhibition was held recently at the atrium of Landmark, Central. All the exhibits are flown in from Italy for visitor to savour the essence of Italian culture. Opened in 2005, the 4,000 square feet FENDI Flagship Store at the Landmark in Central is the maison’s largest store in Hong Kong. In June 2012, the store presented an even more spacious shopping environment with a new basement level dedicated to menswear, it’s the world first’s menswear store and promises to be a shopping hot spot for men who appreciate Italian craftsmanship.

The Debut of Zensation Beauty Store in Beverly Hills

The design of this skincare shop aims to bring customers a serene and sensory shopping experience. The interior has a clean, subtle and minimalist character for communicating the company’s corporate norm with customers – purity and beauty. Water literally links to tranquility and purity that speaks for the brand, is one of the main elements in the design. A “fountain of purity” is created as a form of a water pond which is specially placed in the middle as an island that reaches customers instantly for the brand’s latest products. The floral pattern by German illustrator,      Karolin Klimek, was used as another key design element to create a light-filled sensation and floating atmosphere. Smooth and curvy contours are applied as an interior structural frame work for the shop like fluid lines wrapping up the interior spaces. The spacious interior with minimal decoration best suits the body and mind purification concept and the philosophy of eliminating negative issues that detract from the quality of life, which have been the company’s aspiration.

The VIP room located on the upper floor is characterized by elegance and chic setting consists of a dressing area, bar area and a lounge area. A quietly luxurious setting made up of the custom-made sofa and carpet together with the 2-storey height trees outside the shop as the backdrop, inviting you to sit back and indulge in girly conversations.
